Who We Are
Who We Are
Mt. Lebanon Junior Women's Club (MLJWC) was founded in 1968 by ten civic-minded women, and our goal is to continue their legacy of giving back to our community through civic, philanthropic, and social activities. Our group is open to all women in the South Hills area, and we focus our efforts on supporting organizations that improve the lives of women and children.
We have donated over $711,000 to local Pittsburgh charities and organizations. Most recently donating $14,000 to the Homeless Children's Education Fund and $10,000 Art Expression Inc.; Foster Love Project and Jeremiah's Place are previous major grant recipients. We also gift Mini Grants throughout the year to other efforts within the South Hills of Pittsburgh. You can find out more information about all of our efforts on our fundraisers page.

Mt. Lebanon Junior Women's Club seeks to:
Make a difference in the community with financial support
Lend a hand in the community through a variety of philanthropic projects
Join women together to enjoy educational, civic and social opportunities
Welcome new members to join current members in this worthwhile club
Cooperate together to bring a positive impact to the South Hills
We offer a variety of monthly social activities for members including Book Club, Happy Hours, Lunch Club, Playgroups, and more.
We offer monthly volunteer opportunities and collect for donation drives. We fundraise to award grants to local charities and to award scholarships to graduating seniors embodying our club values.
